They know how to fix your plumbing! In this chaotic world, two young plumbers, Mario and Luigi Barrio (wonderfully portrayed by lively and happy-go-lucky Gustavo Viva and the smoldering, super-macho Flash), struggle to stay independent from the Koopa utilities empire. Then one fiery summer day, the Barrio Bros. Get an urgent call from Rick and Mack (gorgeous Puerto Rican new-comer Babyface, and a beefy Moreno known only as "the Destroyer"). The nasty Koopa has raised the temperature in their apartments to unbearable degrees - Just to watch them sweat - and the young men can't turn off the heat!
